Compliance and Competence: Free Training for Business Owners and Leaders

The past 12 months has seen considerable change in Fair Work and workplace-related legislation. The Full Circle team are working hard to support our members with compliance to these changes, including flexible work arrangements, changes to the definition of casual workers, and the overhaul of fixed-term contracts. With this in mind, you can help your organisation by improving your awareness of base-level employee compliance considerations.

Fair Work’s award-winning Online Learning Centre teaches small business owners and leaders core skills and strategies to help manage the workplace effectively and in compliance with Fair Work requirements. The FREE and interactive online courses take around 20 to 40 minutes each to complete, can be easily integrated into your workplace training and are accessible via computer and most tablets and mobiles.
