Caitlin Grigsby (She/Her)

Director, Principal Consultant

Full Circle HR & Business Services is the culmination of a near 20 year journey for Director and Principal Consultant Caitlin.

In her career, she’s delivered high-level professional services across the HR, industrial relations, organisational development, mediation and governance spheres that spanned government and industry, from small businesses to corporate organisations, NFP's and community organisations.

Community and advocacy are at the heart of Caitlin's personal and professional life, leading and serving organisations such as the Blue Stockings Association to create educational opportunities for women in rural areas, the Gippsland Ranges Roller Derby Club, and the Gippsland Pride Initiative Inc. amongst others. She currently serves proudly as Founder and Chair of the Gippsland Pride Initiative, and Board Member for the West Gippsland Healthcare Group.

Caitlin created Full Circle HR & Business Services with a mission to provide world-class HR, organisational development, governance, and business support to small and medium businesses, not-for-profits, and community organisations across Gippsland and beyond.

As our Principal Consultant, Caitlin supports business owners, CEOs and organisational leaders with the management of tricky business situations that need timely, effective and compliant action, and excels in delivering Industrial Relations & Crisis Management guidance, Inclusion and Policy Consulting, as well as Executive HR management for your business - delivered with diplomacy, skill and care for all parties affected. She works from the business's base in the Baw Baw Shire and regularly travels the full breadth of the Gippsland region.

Julie Kamoen CPHR (She/Her)

HR Lead & Business Consultant

With over 25 years of wide-reaching generalist HR and management experience, Julie has delivered HR management and coordination across a wide range of industries and settings, including manufacturing, food & agriculture, and government and professional services across Australia and New Zealand.

A Postgraduate in the AHRI Practising Certification Program (CPHR), Julie holds an Advanced Diploma of Business (HR), Diploma of Business (HR), Certificate IV in Human Resource Operations, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and is a certified Mental Health First Aider.

Julie's superpowers lie in broad-ranging HR Management advice, Executive and Strategic HR partnership, EBA and Award interpretation, as well as wide-ranging employee training and consultation. Julie's best work is underpinned by best practice HR process and the development and delivery of tailored, business-led policy. She's passionate about coaching leaders at all levels of business in getting the best out of their people.

Julie is a Member of the Industrial Relations Society of Victoria, the Australian Human Resources Institute (CAHRI) as well as an AHRI Mentor. Julie provides invaluable HR mentoring to our clients and our internal team. 

As our Senior HR Consultant, you'll connect with Julie around business and people strategy, recruitment, performance management and development, policy, management training and all manner of generalist HR actions. She predominantly works from our satellite offices in the Wellington Shire and across East Gippsland.

Tania Goranitis (She/Her)

Operations Lead & OHS Consultant

As our Operations Lead and OHS Consultant, Tania manages the strategic operations of our Gippsland-wide business, and supports our Member Businesses and Clients to achieve efficiency and reduce risk through policy, people and process. Firm in the belief that all businesses - no matter their size, age or offering - should work from a foundation of good governance, Tania’s passion is to help businesses stabilise and grow.

A recognised and respected leader in the East Gippsland community with a 25-year career, Tania’s background features training and leading a team of Professional Organisers working in the spaces of Hoarding, Disablity and Neuro-divergence, which drove her keen passion for Occupational Health & Safety.

Today, she is a Member of the Australian Institute of Health & Safety (AIHS) and the Australian Human Resources Institute (MAHRI). She has recently completed her ISO Accredited OHS Management Systems Lead Auditor certification in ISO 45001 and is enrolled in further Occupational Health and Safety tertiary studies. She leads our OHS service delivery, growing our support and services to our Members in proactive OHS compliance and policy, as well as providing support to our Members and Clients in the areas of small business, governance, surveying, marketing, recruitment, leadership, training, project management and people-centred processes.

You will connect with Tania on matters relating to OHS, NDIS, surveying, business policy and general business coaching. Tania predominantly works from our satellite office in East Gippsland.

Jessica Pleydell (She/Her)

Executive & Administration Support

With 15 years administration experience working across varying industries including counselling and family violence, NDIS, and franchise management, Jess is an Administration superstar. With experience in regulatory environments such as ASIC and administration leadership in local accounting firms, Jess is equipped with a unique HR baseline, financial literacy and solid systems knowledge.

With a reputation for her diligence, attention to detail, determination, unwavering client focus and a dedication to continuous improvement, Jess can slot herself confidently into new environments, navigate systems and assist stakeholders with ease. She adds immediate value both internally to our business, and externally to yours.

Internally, Jess supports our Consultants across our projects with HR and administration tasks. She also manages our Member Support Line,  takes new business enquiries, quotes new projects, updates our website and supports the Director with bookkeeping and payroll.

We are excited to support Jess in her Membership and enrolment into her Cert IV of Human Resources with the Australian Human Resource Institute in 2024.

Jess is the first point of contact when you reach out to Full Circle HR & Business Services. You’ll see her alongside our Consultant Team supporting our clients predominantly in the Wellington and East Gippsland Shires.
