Under the direction of the CEO or Creative Director, you will be engaged as needed to research, plan and create written
content (known as copy) both for GippsTech brands and for our clients. This content may be used for a range of purposes
including advertising products and services, drafting media releases and press articles, or writing content for our clients’
websites. You may also assist clients in editing and reworking draft content that they have provided for their websites. A
strong understanding of copywriting for digital vs print is essential to this role, as the majority of content you create will be
intended for digital formats.

About the Role
The Service Engagement Coordinator is a new role for Headway Gippsland an important addition to our team, providing a dedicated rostering and support role for both staff and participants of Headway Gippsland. The Service Engagement Coordinator role is predominantly office based but will occasionally travel to various regions of Gippsland to engage and consult with our outreach workers and clients, alongside our Management team and OHS Coordinator.
The Service Engagement Coordinator will provide day to day organisation of services through effective rostering, system administration, interpersonal relationships and reporting. This role will enable us to provide high quality, consistent service with minimal interruption to our clients, even in the event of cancellations, incidents or absences. The role will achieve these outcomes by preparing diligent, informed, accurate and timely rostering week to week, and ensuring last minute coverage (not already resolved by staff), is attended to and remedied in an efficient and confident manner to mitigate any impact to our participants.
