What geographical area do you service?

We provide services across the Gippsland region including the 6 LGAs of Bass Coast, Baw Baw, East Gippsland, Latrobe, South Gippsland and Wellington. As a mobile team, we provide services on-site at your location or selected venue, as well as remotely via video conferencing and phone support as needed. We specialise in supporting Gippsland-based businesses but on occasion work with businesses outside this area. Contact us to see if we’re a good mutual fit.

Do I have to be a member or sign a lock-in contract to work with you?

No absolutely not. We pride ourselves on delivering the right type of services in a model that work best for your business, with no lock-in contracts or ongoing commitment. Our FCHR Members enjoy lots of additional benefits that best support major projects or long-term relationships including emergency and priority response, monthly service hours for ad-hoc requests and a 15% discount on projects - you can visit our Membership Page to learn more. However, you may choose to work with us as a non-member to address your Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Occupational Health & Safety, Diversity & Inclusion and Business needs (big or small) at our standard rate.

We already have an HR Manager in our business, can you still help us?

Absolutely. We understand that sometimes your HR needs temporarily expand to meet the demands of certain situations or special projects, and additional help is warranted; or that your HR team would benefit from the confidence gained in consulting a team of experts when addressing complex matters - including Industrial Relations or where legal consequences may apply. Our team can support your in-house HR with these matters as well as other complimentary services including executive and HR coaching, compliance consulting, documentation preparation, workforce management, supported OHS site visits and project administration among other services.

Why do you have a special focus on Diversity & Inclusion, and what does that mean?

Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) refers to creating a workplace environment that respects and values individuals from diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. As an LGBTQIA+ and female lead business who regularly works with businesses, community groups and not-for-profit organisations in a variety of spaces including services for First Nations people and people with disability, it's an area of specialty. Our Director Caitlin Grigsby is the President of the Gippsland Pride Initiative - Gippsland's first and only LGBTQIA+ charity, and is a speaker in high demand on the topic of Diversity, Inclusion and community.
