Caitlin Grigsby (She/Her)
Director, Principal Consultant
Full Circle HR & Business Services is the culmination of a 20-year career for Director and Principal Consultant Caitlin.
Throughout her career, she has delivered high-level professional services across HR, industrial relations, organisational development, mediation and governance, working across government and industry with organisations ranging from small businesses to corporates, not-for-profits and community groups.
Community and advocacy sit at the heart of Caitlin’s work. She has led and served organisations including the Blue Stockings Association supporting educational opportunities for women in rural areas, the Gippsland Ranges Roller Derby Club, and the Gippsland Pride Initiative Inc. She currently serves as Founder and Chair of the Gippsland Pride Initiative.
Caitlin established Full Circle with a mission to provide world-class HR, organisational development, governance and business support to small and medium businesses, not-for-profits and community organisations across Gippsland.
As Principal Consultant, Caitlin supports business owners, CEOs and organisational leaders to navigate complex and sensitive situations requiring timely, effective and compliant action. She specialises in Industrial Relations and crisis management, inclusion and policy consulting, and executive-level HR support, delivered with diplomacy, skill and care for all parties. She is based in the Baw Baw Shire and works across the Gippsland region.
Tania Goranitis (She/Her)
Senior Consultant: Operations & OHS
Tania leads the strategic operations of our Gippsland-wide business, supporting Members and Clients to improve efficiency and reduce risk through strong policy, people and process. A firm believer that every business should be built on a foundation of good governance, she is passionate about helping organisations stabilise, grow and succeed.
A recognised leader in the East Gippsland community with a 25-year career, Tania’s background includes training and leading teams working in the areas of hoarding, disability and neurodivergence. This experience sparked her strong commitment to Occupational Health & Safety and people-centred practices.
Tania is a Member of the Australian Institute of Health & Safety (AIHS), holds a Diploma of Work Health & Safety, and is a qualified ISO 45001 Lead Auditor. She leads our OHS service delivery, supporting proactive compliance and policy development, while also working with Members and Clients across small business operations, governance, surveying, marketing, leadership, training and project management.
You will connect with Tania on matters relating to OHS, business policy, surveying, marketing and general business coaching. She is based in our East Gippsland office and supports clients across the region.
Kait Evans (She/Her)
HR & OHS Coordinator
Kait brings a calm, organised and people-centred approach to supporting the delivery of HR, recruitment and safety services across Full Circle’s Gippsland client base. With experience across local government and healthcare environments, she is known for building trusted working relationships while coordinating complex processes within structured and compliance-driven systems.
Throughout her career, Kait has supported executive teams, workforce administration and clinical services, developing strong capability in recruitment coordination, documentation management and governance processes. Her work in highly regulated environments has built a strong foundation in systems-based administration, accurate record-keeping and process coordination.
Kait’s strengths lie in guiding stakeholders through unfamiliar processes with clarity and care, ensuring work is well organised, documented and followed through. She supports both clients and consultants by maintaining reliable systems and ensuring appropriate escalation where required.
At Full Circle, Kait supports client intake, the implementation of HR and OHS initiatives and provides recruitment coordination under the guidance of senior consultants, helping ensure work is delivered consistently and in line with the business’s standards and values. Kait works primarily from the Sale area and regularly supports clients across Gippsland.
Mel Mills (She/They)
Business Operations & Systems Support
Mel brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to business operations, with a strong background in systems, data and process improvement. With over a decade of experience working in large-scale, fast-paced environments, she is known for her ability to simplify complex workflows, improve efficiency and support teams to work smarter.
Throughout her career, Mel has worked extensively across data analysis, reporting and systems coordination, developing a deep understanding of how operational processes, technology and people intersect. She has led the development of internal tools and dashboards, supported automation initiatives, and acted as a key subject matter expert for systems, reporting and process design across geographically dispersed teams.
Mel’s strengths lie in identifying inefficiencies and implementing practical, user-friendly solutions. She is highly regarded for her ability to troubleshoot issues, support system users and ensure processes are both functional and scalable, particularly in environments where consistency and accuracy are critical.
At Full Circle, Mel supports internal systems, data and process coordination, helping streamline workflows and improve visibility across the business. She works behind the scenes to ensure tools, reporting and operational processes are reliable, efficient and aligned with the needs of both the team and clients.
Sophie Green (She/They)
HR & OHS Support
Sophie brings a values-driven and people-centred approach to supporting HR, safety and operational processes across Full Circle’s Gippsland client base. With a background spanning workplace wellbeing, injury management and community engagement, she is known for creating organised, supportive environments where people feel safe, included and well supported.
Her professional experience includes work across HR coordination, WorkCover and return-to-work processes, compliance systems and employee wellbeing initiatives within large and community-focused organisations. Sophie has developed strong capability in documentation, record-keeping and systems management, supporting complex people-related processes while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality and consistency.
Sophie is passionate about psychosocial safety, inclusion and building positive workplace cultures. Alongside her professional work, she brings extensive volunteer leadership experience across youth development and emergency response programs, focusing strongly on accessibility, support and social connection.
At Full Circle, Sophie provides behind-the-scenes administrative and coordination support across HR, OHS, WorkCover and recruitment activities. Sophie works primarily in a remote capacity and supports the team and clients across Gippsland.
