Our Opportunity
This is a true system build role — not just administration.
HubSpot has been purchased, but the architecture, governance frameworks, pipeline lifecycle and reporting standards are yet to be fully established. You will lead the structured design, implementation and optimisation of Modra’s CRM environment to support scalable sales growth.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will translate commercial sales strategy into structured, disciplined and automated CRM processes that improve pipeline visibility, forecasting confidence and data integrity.
This is a rare opportunity to build a CRM foundation properly — from raw data input and system architecture through to automation and governance — within a growing global manufacturing business.
Working Arrangement
- Initial 6-week in-person onboarding and implementation period in Warragul
- Structured hybrid flexibility available following system establishment
- 38 hours per week + reasonable additional hours
- Maximum term (12 months) with potential transition to permanent

About You
You are commercially minded, systems-oriented and detail-driven. You enjoy building structured environments that enable performance and clarity.
Essential
- Advanced experience administering HubSpot — from implementation through optimisation
- Proven experience designing pipeline stages, system rules and governance frameworks
- Strong understanding of sales lifecycle management and forecasting
- Advanced dashboard and reporting capability
- Demonstrated data cleansing, migration and validation experience
- Experience implementing workflow automation
- Strong analytical capability and systems literacy
- Ability to translate commercial strategy into structured CRM processes
Desirable
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial or export-focused environments
- Exposure to revenue operations or integrated sales systems
- CRM certification (HubSpot or equivalent)

Key Selection Criteria (address in cover letter)
1 - Demonstrated CRM Implementation Experience
Proven experience designing, configuring or rebuilding a CRM system (specifically Hubspot in a sales context), including establishing pipeline stages, system rules and governance frameworks.
2 - Sales Pipeline & Reporting Expertise
Strong understanding of sales lifecycle management, forecasting principles and dashboard/report development aligned to commercial goals.
3 - Data Migration & Governance Capability
Experience cleansing, migrating and validating structured data, with demonstrated attention to accuracy and reporting integrity.
4 - Automation & Process Optimisation
Evidence of identifying and implementing workflow automation or system improvements that increased efficiency or reduced manual administration.
5 - Commercial & Collaborative Capability
Ability to translate sales strategy into structured system processes and work collaboratively with Sales leadership to embed best-practice system use.
