Membership Service Hours provide you with the ad-hoc support you need for non-project related business activities, including:
> communication via phone call, SMS, email or other for information and advice
> attending meetings in-person or online
> making calls on your behalf to 3rd parties
> review or editing of your existing documentation, processes and policies
> responding to employee reports including hazards, near miss, accidents, complaints and grievances
> and other ad-hoc tasks where a scope & quote agreement is not required.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. FCHR Membership is generally considered to be a month-to-month arrangement
2. There is a minimum 3-month commitment for new members who access their member discount for products and services including recruitment and major projects
3. Membership must remain active while FCHR deliver major projects and recruitment activities where a member discount has been applied
4. Where any minimum 3 month's membership commitment has been met, and where there are no current projects or recruitment activities being actively delivered to you (with the member discount applied), there is no ongoing membership obligation
5. Membership will be charged in advance, with invoices issued automatically on the 21st of the month (or the next working day), with 7-day payment terms for membership benefits to apply (membership benefits will be suspended due to non-payment)
6. By paying your monthly membership fee you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of this membership agreement for the period of the following month
7. Service Hours included in your Membership Package are provided by calendar month, and reset on the first of each month
8. All FCHR Service Hours including those delivered via Membership Service Hours will be billed in 15-minute increments, and are only available between 9am and 5pm weekdays
9. FCHR reserve the right to withdraw services and cancel your membership at any time; where benefits have not been provided, we may calculate a refund for the remaining days
10. Services utilising your Membership Service Hours may be delivered by any member of the FCHR Team, at our discretion
11. All Ad-hoc Support (non-project related) provided by FCHR will be deducted from your membership benefit hours in the first instance; any additional service time provided beyond your monthly benefits will be billed at the relevant discounted hourly rate, billed in 15 minute increments
12. Unused Service Hours do not accrue and do not roll over to following months
13. Additional costs incurred in the process of delivering your requested service such as travel, stationery and other materials will be passed on to you, and are not included in your Membership fee nor subject to any Membership discount
14. Support delivered before 9am and after 6pm on weekdays (excluding public holidays) will be billed at our full rate (discounted Member rates will not apply)
15. Support provided on weekends and public holidays will be billed at our full rate (discounted Member rates will not apply) plus a 30% loading
16. Members will be automatically subscribed to the FCHR email list to ensure we can keep you updated with HR Alerts and other relevant information such as our office hours and availability - you can unsubscribe at any time
