You bring:
- Experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrator supporting a senior leader or director.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong professionalism and discretion.
- Confidence managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.
- Strong digital capability — proficient in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Xero, and tools like Asana, Slack, or Canva.
- Understanding of governance and administrative processes.
- (Desirable) Experience in not-for-profit, environmental, or community-based organisations.
- Unrestricted Australian work rights, a current driver’s licence, and the ability to pass a Police Check.
What Success Looks Like
- Seamless executive and governance support that enables the Director to focus on strategic goals.
- Streamlined systems and strong information flow between Ecolands, the Board, and partner organisations.
- Professional, timely, and accurate administrative support that reflects Ecolands Collective’s values and purpose.
