Caitlin Grigsby (She/Her)

Director, Principal Consultant

Full Circle HR & Business Services is the culmination of a 15-year journey for Caitlin, marked by professional successes and personal passions. In her career, she’s worked consistently in a range of roles across the HR, industrial relations, organisational development and governance spheres that spanned government, recruitment, and industry. She has worked in a variety of long-term and contract engagements across organisations, sporting clubs, community support services, mediation engagements, and consulting stints with local businesses,

Community and advocacy are at the heart of Cailtin's personal and professional life. While pursuing her Bachelor of Business (HR) at Monash University, Caitlin and her colleague Sarah Lawless launched the Blue Stockings Association to help create educational opportunities for women, especially from rural areas. She has served as the President and Chair of the Gippsland Ranges Roller Derby Club, President and Co-Founder of the Gippsland Pride Initiative Inc., and served as a key member of the Traralgon Districts & Agricultural Society’s #savetheshow campaign. 

In 2019, Full Circle HR & Business Services was born with a mission to provide world-class HR, organisational development, governance, and business support to SMEs, not-for-profits, and community organisations across Gippsland and beyond.

As our Principal Consultant, Caitlin supports business owners, CEOs and organisational leaders with the management of tricky business situations that need fast, effective and compliant action.

Tania Goranitis (She/Her)

Operations Lead & Business Consultant

Tania's role as our Lead Operations Manager and Business Consultant comes off the back of 7 years of building and operating her own small business in Gippsland.

Firm in the belief that all businesses - no matter their size, age or offering - should work from a foundation of good governance, Tania’s passion is to help businesses stabilise & grow, whilst reducing risk for the business and employees alike.

In her toolkit, she packs business improvement experience, a passion for leadership, mentoring and training, small business recruitment, as well as experience navigating the NDIS as a provider. Her background in Insurance, Telecommunications and Superannuation form the foundation of her business, team leadership and training experience.

You'll connect with Tania when you first contact us online or on the phone. You'll work with her on Occupational Health and Safety, WorkCover & NDIS matters, Customer and Employee surveying, as well as business policy & procedure development. She works from our satellite office in Bairnsdale.

Courtney Graham (She/Her)

HR & Projects Administrator

We've all been amazed by how quickly Courtney has become an invaluable member of the Full Circle HR team. With previous experience in complex customer service and administration within an insurance firm, it was a very lucky find to discover Courtney during our work supporting Gippsland businesses with their natural disaster response, such as with the Traralgon Floods. Her experience in coordinating claim documentation and corralling different stakeholders and records was a god-send at a very difficult time.

Poised to graduate with a Degree in HR, Courtney plays a key role supporting clients with HR information and document preparation, and is a key contributor to our small business policy and process development. As part of her recent projects, she has undertaken training on NDIS accreditation, governance and effective grant application writing.

Kathryn (Kat) Evers (She/Her)

Recruitment & Client Support Coordinator

Kat joined Full Circle HR after a decade of running a successful small business. The client support skills she learned on the ground provide both a solid foundation for her role, and gives her unique insights into the demands and challenges faced by so many of our clients. - she’s been in their shoes.

Kat has completed her Cert IV Accounting & Bookkeeping in 2020, is a Xero Certified Advisor, and also attended effective grant application writing training.

Kat is the office allrounder, and recently expanded her role to support Caitlin to recruit the best talent for Gippsland businesses and beyond.
